The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Looks amazing and iconic even from outside. Wasn't supposed to check in until 4pm and I arrived at 11am to drop by bags but the helpful receptionist said there was a room available and was willing to let me check-in early. Free upgrade to the top floor. Huge room like a suite equipped with kitchen equipment (didn't need it as wasn't cooking but nice to have). great views from the all glass window (from floor to ceiling glass). amazing huge bathroom with enormous bath and shower. Went straight to the pool, sauna and stream room to relax. Tried the hotel bar and restaurant, both good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything with my stay.

We got 2 rooms. Our boys had a room at the back with a typical city view but our room had a view I never experienced in any hotel. We could see the canal which was an amazing experience. The spa room was very large, clean, light and bright, with huge windows. You should definitely use the 14th floor fitness. Each day we used fitness club which is equipped like a good regular club, then shower, pool, sauna and special shower side to steam sauna. All well equipped. The roof bar was great, not cheap to eat though. 50-60$ person

The staff engaged at a superior level: call you by name, surprise you with sweet treats to celebrate, a rose, and turndown service Sonja left a note to say thank you for being you. Everyone was beautiful inside and out! The closet was perfect; the bathroom amenities and views were great- a TV embedded in the corner of the bathroom mirror. The fitness club has two studios- one with boxing bags- in addition to weight room and exercise equipment. Great views while working out! Great location to all major shopping too!

Clean, comfortable room, incredible fitness center, excellent in-building dining options (especially Terrace 16), excellent service all around, and perfect location. I would have liked to utilize the spa but unfortunately did not have time in my visit. The discounted price I got on Booking.com made this an absolute no-brainer. Even if you feel hesitant about the Trump name, I recommend looking past that if you are planning a visit to Chicago and want a higher end property to stay in right in the heart of downtown.

We got a river view suite and it was AMAZING!!! It was 1 king bed in a separate room with dressing area, and a huge bathroom, 2nd bathroom with a shower, and kitchen with a four seat dining table, a large L shaped couch (with a pull out bed), a desk, a fireplace, and two TV's. The staff was friendly, it was very clean, and while expensive, it was worth it! We were not in town long and wish we had a chance to go to the two restaurants and spa. Next time!
